At Prompt Supply, we are committed to delivering quality furniture safely, efficiently, and on time. Every order is handled with care to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how delivery and logistics are managed.

 


 

1. Delivery Coverage Area

We currently provide delivery services within Uganda, with a primary focus on Kampala and surrounding areas.

  • Free delivery is offered within 20 kilometers of Kampala for bulk purchases (large orders such as office setups, full room furniture sets, or multiple items).

  • For smaller purchases, a transportation fee applies, calculated based on distance, order size, and delivery location.
    Our logistics team will communicate the applicable delivery charge before confirming your order.

 


 

2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type and stock availability:

  • Ready-made products: Delivered within 3 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or special orders: Delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on production schedules and material availability.
    You will be notified of the expected delivery date once your order is processed.

 


 

3. Delivery Scheduling

After your order is confirmed:

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

  • We kindly request that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional delivery fees.

 


 

4. Assembly Service

All furniture purchased from Prompt Supply includes free assembly service at the delivery location.
Our trained installation team will assemble your products professionally and ensure everything is in perfect condition before leaving the site.

Please note: Assembly services are available only for items purchased directly from Prompt Supply.

 


 

5. Delivery Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:

  • The delivery path and room are clear and accessible for our team and furniture pieces.

  • If the building has stairs or narrow access, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or inaccessible location, additional delivery fees may apply for reattempt.

 


 

6. Damages During Delivery

We take every precaution to deliver products safely. However:

  • If any damage occurs during transportation or assembly by Prompt Supply, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

  • If the damage is caused after delivery or during handling by the customer, Prompt Supply will not be responsible for the replacement or repair cost.

All damage claims must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the affected item.

 


 

7. Shipping for Upcountry Orders

For customers outside Kampala and nearby districts:

  • We can arrange delivery through third-party logistics providers or transport companies upon request.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and product size.

  • Customers will be updated with tracking details or driver contact once the item is dispatched.

 


 

8. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is confirmed and prepared for delivery:

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation message or call from our team.

  • For upcountry deliveries, our logistics team will share updates on your shipment status until successful delivery.
